4. AI Processing

User-provided workflow data may be processed by AI features to generate summaries, forecasts, reminders, insights, and responses. We do not use customer data for public marketing purposes without explicit permission.

1. Early Access Service

Lumora is currently offered as an early-access Founder Pilot. Features may change, improve, or be removed during the pilot period as we incorporate user feedback and refine the product.

2. Acceptable Use

• Users must not abuse, attack, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into Lumora
• Commercial resale or redistribution of access is not permitted

3. No Critical Dependency

Lumora is a management assistant, not a replacement for human judgment. Users should verify AI-generated recommendations, forecasts, and reminders before acting on them in critical business decisions.

4. Founder Pilot

• Pilot access is free for 90 days for selected teams
• Continued access after the pilot period may require a paid plan
• Pilot terms and pricing may be updated before public launch
• Participation may require providing feedback and one short testimonial

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is during the pilot period. Lumora is not responsible for business losses caused by inaccurate data, missed messages, AI errors, or user misuse of the platform.

6. Termination

Lumora may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination where feasible.

• Team access should be limited to authorized users only
• Telegram bot access is tied to approved users and workspaces
• Admins can manage and revoke team member access at any time

• Secure transport (TLS) is used for data in transit
• Operational data is stored with reasonable access safeguards
• Production data access is limited to authorized personnel only

4. AI Safety and Review

AI output should be treated as assistant guidance, not definitive instruction. Managers and team leads remain responsible for final decisions. We do not act autonomously on behalf of users without explicit confirmation flows.

If you believe you've identified a security issue or vulnerability in Lumora, please report it responsibly to hello@getlumora.live. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.

Security controls will continue to improve during and after the Founder Pilot. We appreciate the patience and collaboration of early-access teams as we build and harden the platform together.
